In connection with information provided to the media on behalf of Invenergy enterprise, we inform that until now TAURON Polska Energia S.A. has not received any claim in the case under discussion.

We emphasise that the party to the disputes with wind farm operators is Polska Energia - Pierwsza Kompania Handlowa Sp. z o.o. (PE-PKH and not TAURON Polska Energia S.A.

Those disputes should be resolved in compliance with the binding law and the final court verdict.

Currently, proceedings concerning determining the effectiveness of termination of contracts are pending.

So far, one dispute between PE-PKH and wind farms was resolved in the first instance court. The Regional Court in Warsaw dismissed the claim of Dobiesław Wind Invest sp. z o.o. (a company of Enerco Group) against PE-PKH.
