Tauron Polska Energia S.A.: additional share for part of individual investors

Individual investors who subscribed for Tauron Polska Energia S.A. shares in the public offering, pursuant to Maximum Allotment Principle received up to 934 shares. Following the application of this rule 105,934 shares remained to be allotted to individual investors. Pursuant to the Prospectus, investors randomly selected by the WSE system received additional one share each from those 105,934 shares. Only those investors who subscribed for the maximum number of shares, i.e. 1,500 (after consolidation) could take part in the random allotment. 

 
The final number of shares that were offered and allotted to individual investors was 205,258,355 (after consolidation) which represents 25% of the final number of the offered shares. Maximum Allotment was executed through the Warsaw Stock Exchange system. Individual investors who subscribed for 934 or fewer shares received the amount of shares for which they subscribed. Investors who subscribed for more than 934 shares (maximum 1,500) pursuant to the above-mentioned Maximum Allotment principle received 934 shares.
Following the application of Maximum Allotment principle, 105,934 shares were left to be allotted. Pursuant to the Prospectus individual investors who subscribed for the maximum number of shares were given one share from the above-mentioned number. As 191,364 individual investors subscribed for the maximum number of shares, the shares were randomly allotted to 105,934 investors through the WSE system. Those investors received 935 shares each. Tauron floating on the WSE is scheduled for Wednesday, 30 June 2010.
