On 22 September in Katowice there was held a meeting of the Supervisory Board of Południowy Koncern Energetyczny, a generation company of the Tauron Group. One of the items of the agenda pertained to changes in the composition of the Management Board.
Pursuant to a decision of the Board, Stanisław Tokarski, until the end of August Vice-President of Tauron Polska Energia S.A., was appointed the President of the Company. On the other hand, the current President, Jan Kurp, was appointed to the position of Vice-President of the Management Board of PKE.
Consequently, the Management Board of PKE is to work in the following composition: Stanisław Tokarski (President), Jan Kurp, Henryk Tymowski, Mariusz Rechul, Piotr Mateja and Tadeusz Koj (Vice-Presidents).
