On 14 September there was held in Katowice a General Meeting of TAURON Polska Energia.
The main points of the agenda included adoption of resolutions with respect to amendments to the Articles of Association of the Company and to the scope of its activities, adoption of the Rules of Procedure of the General Meeting, and appointment of new members of the Supervisory Board. The General Meeting adopted a resolution on the appointment to the Supervisory Board of TAURON Polska Energia of Jacek Kuciński, Leszek Koziorowski and Jacek Szyke. On 13 September, the State Treasury dismissed from the Supervisory Board of the Company Witold Kurowski and Tadeusz Skrzypek. At present, the Supervisory Board comprises: Antoni Tajduś – President, Agnieszka Trzaskalska – Vice-President, and Włodzimierz Luty, Leszek Koziorowski, Jacek Kuciński, Michał Michalewski, Jacek Szyke and Marek Ściążko.
