On 2 November Tauron Polska Energia received a decision of the District Court Katowice-Wschód on registration of share capital increase and amendments to the Company’s Articles of Association. After registration of the increase, the share capital amounts to PLN 15,772,944,546 and is divided into 1,752,549,394 shares issued in two series: 1,589,438,762 series AA ordinary bearer shares and 163,110,632 series BB ordinary registered shares entitling to 1,752,549,394 votes on the Company’s General Meeting. Before the increase, the Company’s share capital was PLN 14,304,948,858.
