Starting on 1 July 2011, the shareholders of TAURON Polska Energia SA can pay 15 percent less for electricity. The individual investors from all over Poland shall enjoy savings on energy bills due to the loyalty programme „Guarantee of Lower Price”, announced since 2010 as the element of the first public offering of the Company. The promotion is addressed both to existing and to the potential clients.
In accordance to the regulations – the promotion is available to all shareholders who bought TAURON shares within the first public offering and they have neither disposed of the shares nor charged them with the usufruct or pledge during one year since the first day of the company listing at the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
- The Programme „Guarantee of Lower Price” is targeted towards individual shareholders. Our ambition is to encourage the investors who had subscribed for the shares before the debut of the company at the Stock Exchange to stay with us, benefiting not only from the increasing value of the company, growth of dividend, but also from the attractive conditions of purchase of electrical energy – says Dariusz Lubera, President of the Management Board of TAURON Polska Energia SA.
The promotional price for electricity will depend on the number of shares purchased by the investor – the more listed stocks are purchased, the higher discount is offered. Prices, lower even by 15 percent, shall be mandatory starting from 1 July 2011 during consecutive 12 months, which will result in real savings on the electricity bills.
The website www.promocja.tauron-pe.pl is dedicated to the loyalty programme. In order to use the promotion, after studying the regulations, it is necessary to fill in the „Form on joining the promotion” and to order documents.
As early as since April, all investors willing to participate in the promotion „Guarantee of Lower Price” can fill in the form on joining the promotion on www site and order the promotional documents. Subsequently, consultants of the hotline will contact everyone in order to finalize the formal procedure.
„Guarantee of Lower Price” is addressed both to existing and to potential clients of TAURON Polska Energia. In case of individual investors not being the clients of the Company, in order to use the promotional offer, the employees of TAURON Group shall perform the process of change of the current energy provider to the company TAURON Sprzedaż, in favour of and on behalf of the interested persons.
