New organisation of sales and customer service in TAURON Group

Since the beginning of the new year, the existing sales companies of TAURON Group have changed the scope of their operations – Enion Energia as TAURON Sprzedaż (sales) is involved in sales of electrical energy to all clients (under the brand TAURON Polska Energia), while EnergiaPro Gigawat as TAURON Obsługa Klienta (Customer Service) provides services for mass client and business sectors.
 
– Integration of operations connected with sales and customer service results from implementation of a business model in TAURON Group, constituting the element of restructuring and savings plan, and it is mainly aimed at improvement of performance of the companies, which will result in more effective implementation of new solutions dedicated to sales and customer service – explains Dariusz Lubera, President of the Board of TAURON Polska Energia S.A.. – We hope that the positive effects of the changes and transformations implemented will soon be visible to our clients.
– First of all, the quality of services provided will improve and the amount of products offered will  increase. Increase of effectiveness of companies of TAURON Group should not be also underestimated. Both the clients and the shareholders will benefit – adds Krzysztof Zamasz,  Vice-President of the Board on commercial issues of TAURON Polska Energia.
It is expected that the change of organizational structure should improve performance of the companies and implementation of the offer.
- Within sales we wish to guarantee our clients, among others, broader range of products than so far. Our aim is to propose offers tailored to the needs and specification of energy consumption which, as we hope, will help us to encourage new clients to use our offer – says  Krzysztof Zamasz.
One of the goals is also improvement of customer service based on new technologies which will enable to raise the quality and definitely facilitate dealing with any administrative issues, in the future also by Internet.
Organizational changes do not require clients to deal with any formalities. Although the name of the sales company has changed and TAURON Sprzedaż is the exclusive seller in the Group, it was not necessary to conclude new contracts – as the company has taken over the rights and responsibilities resulting from the contracts already concluded based on the so-called general succession.
