TAURON Obsługa Klienta opened a modern and functional Customer Service Office (CSO) in Wrocław at ul. Mennicza 20. It is the first facility opened under the CSO network optimization project in the TAURON Group.
Both the design and the functioning of the CSO have been adjusted to meet the growing needs of our customers. The new office replaced the existing offices at ul. Powstańców Śląskich and ul. Trzebnicka. The new CSO is located downtown and thus can be easily reached by local transportation. Thanks to new channels of communication that enable significantly better customer service quality, the new facility is much more useful and accessible.
“We have launched a project, the goal of which is to facilitate our clients communication with their electricity distributor and supplier. One of its elements (beside an interactive webpage and a modern call center) are the new, functional Customer Service Offices. These Offices are friendly and easily accessible, adapted to serve disabled people and mothers with children (playground areas). Adequately trained staff will be there to take care of the clients. The idea of an all-in-one counter is already working at our facilities”, said Katarzyna Wierska-Kuberka, CEO at TAURON Obsługa Klienta.
