TAURON Obsługa Klienta, as the first company in Poland, received the Consumer Service Quality Certificate. It is granted by the Consumer Federation to organisations obtaining positive result of the legal and consumer audit.
The Consumer Service Quality Certificate was granted to the company on 22 September based on positive results of audits performed at the turn of August and September this year. The objective of the audit was to check whether practices used by TAURON Obsługa Klienta are customer-friendly and compliant with the consumer law.
– The Consumer Service Quality Certificate is the confirmation of the continuous raising of the quality of services provided by TAURON Obsługa Klienta but also the expression of involvement in creation of collective solution oriented to client needs – comments Piotr Zawistowski, President of TAURON Obsługa Klienta.
The audit was implemented in two stages: managers of the Customer Service Centre and Contact Centre participated in the first stage, whereas the second stage covered all Customer Service Points and Customer Service Call Centres. In total, the process involved as many as 287 employees who answered 76 questions. All Customer Service Points and Customer Service Call Centres were evaluated at a high level.
The Consumer Federation is a non-profit organisation supporting consumers in execution of their rights. It offers free counselling, deals with education, lobbying in favour of consumers as well as organises information and educational campaigns.
